Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website (beautybyracheal.com) and when you book or receive services from Beauty by Racheal. They're written in plain English. If anything is unclear, DM @beauty.by.racheal.

About Beauty by Racheal

Beauty by Racheal is an independent licensed cosmetology business operated by Racheal Stencil at 909 S Main Street, Suite D, Logan, UT 84321. Services include hair, skin, nails, and brows.

Booking and appointments

All appointments are booked through Glossgenius at rachealstencil.glossgenius.com. Glossgenius's terms and privacy policy apply to booking and payment.

• A card on file may be required to hold an appointment time, in accordance with the Glossgenius booking flow.
• Prices listed on this site are starting prices. Final pricing depends on length, density, condition of hair, and time required, and will be communicated during the appointment.
• Cosmetology services involve subjective and creative judgment. Reasonable adjustments will be made to address concerns raised during or immediately after your appointment.

Cancellation policy

If you need to reschedule, give as much notice as possible — Instagram DM is the fastest way to reach Racheal. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee charged through Glossgenius. The current cancellation policy is shown at the time of booking on the Glossgenius page.

Late arrivals

If you're running late, send a DM as soon as you know. A few minutes is no problem. More than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled depending on the next appointment.

Allergies, conditions, and disclosure

Tell Racheal before your service about any allergies, sensitivities, scalp or skin conditions, recent treatments (including hair-color box dye, keratin, or chemical treatments), pregnancy, recent surgeries, or medications that affect the skin or hair. Some services may need to be modified or declined for safety reasons.

A patch test may be recommended for first-time color or chemical clients. Beauty by Racheal is not responsible for reactions that occur despite reasonable disclosure and care.

Refunds

Services are non-refundable once performed. If you're unhappy with a hair-color or chemical result, contact Racheal within 7 days of your appointment so it can be addressed in person. Reasonable corrective adjustments are offered at no additional charge when the concern is raised promptly. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.

Photos of clients

Photos of hair, nails, brows, and other completed services are sometimes shared on Instagram, on this website, and in advertising — only with verbal or written permission at the time of the appointment. You can withdraw permission at any time by sending a DM, and the photo will be removed promptly from Beauty by Racheal channels.

Website use

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy or republish content (writing, photography, design) without permission. Don't attempt to disrupt the site or use it in any unlawful way.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services (Glossgenius, Instagram, Google Maps, etc.) and uses third-party tools (analytics, ad measurement). Their terms govern your use of those services. See the Privacy Policy for details.

No warranty

This website is provided "as is." No guarantees are made about the website's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Reasonable effort is made to keep prices, hours, and information current, but errors and changes can occur.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, Beauty by Racheal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For services performed in the studio, liability is limited to the cost of the service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cache County, Utah.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
