The story behind the chair

A chair for the women
who don't want a salon.

I started Beauty by Racheal because I wanted to work somewhere quiet — not a chain, not a packed corporate salon, not somewhere that books you back-to-back and rushes you out.

What started as cuts and color has grown into a full menu: facials, gel manicures, brow shaping, perms, deep conditioning. Whatever you want done, I learned how to do it well, and I do it slowly.

Most of my clients book for a couple of services at once — a haircut and a brow tint, a color and a facial — because there's no reason to drive across town for each one.

I'd rather take an extra ten minutes than rush you out the door. Every appointment runs in unhurried hour blocks.

Honest advice.

If a service won't work for your hair or your skin, I'll tell you. If something cheaper would do the same job, I'll tell you that too.

Tools that last.

Professional product, color lines I trust, and gel that doesn't lift in a week. The stuff under the hood matters as much as the work itself.
